We are glad to give notice of the Winter School of the Standing Group on Kantian Political Thought, “From Kant to Marx: Dialectics of Property, Revolution, and the State”, which will take place at the Complutense University of Madrid, on November 16th-17th, 2026.

The event is organized by Sorin Baiasu (University of Liverpool, UK), Nuria Sánchez Madrid (Complutense University, Spain), Clara Ramas San Miguel (Complutense University, Spain).

Information about the application process:

The Winter School is open to all master’s, doctoral students, and early postdoctoral students/researchers working in the field.
It will be delivered in English. All participants will therefore be expected to have a good command of written and spoken English.

Applications must include:
CV in English
Abstract of a proposed Paper to be presented (max 500 words)

Partial or incomplete applications will not be processed. The deadline for applying is midnight UK time, 15th June 2026, later applications will not be accepted.

The outcome of your application will be comunicated by email in late August.
