We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of the volume 49 of  the “Hegel-Studien”. The volume will contain the following contributions:

Stephen Houlgate: Glaube, Liebe, Verzeihung: Hegel und die Religion;

Elena Ficara: Contrariety and Contradiction. Hegel and the Berliner Aristotelismus;

Asger Sørensen: Not Work, but Alienation and Education. ‘Bildung’ in Hegel’s Phenomenology;

Martin Sticker: Hegels Kritik der Anerkennungsphilosophie. Die Aufhebung verwirklichter Anerkennung in der Phänomenologie des Geistes;

Niklas Hebing: Hegels Ästhetik historisch-kritisch. Eine neue Quelle eröffnet neue Perspektiven;

Joji Yorikawa: Hegels eigenes Exemplar der Differenzschrift mit seinen handschriftlichen Notizen. Ein Fund in einem Tokioter Antiquariat.

Furthermore, the volume 49 will present a comprehensive part of reviews and a bibliography with the new publications of the Hegel-Forschung released in the year 2014.

Further information may be found in this webpage.

Once more, it is worth mentioning the extended profile of the “Hegel-Studien”. In addition to the focus on the international research into Hegel’s philosophy, the journal also welcomes contributions on other authors and debates of the classical German Idealism, insofar as they promise a significative gain for the confrontation with the epoch around the 1800 and a reference to the contemporaries discussions. Contributions may be written in German, English and French. All the submissions pass through an anonymous peer review.

You can find more details in the webpage of the redaction.

The deadline for the submissions for the volume 50 is 30th June 2016.
